Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made exclusively within Italy. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Delivery is by express courier within 48 working hours, except for special conditions such as holidays or force majeure.
Right of withdrawal
The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending a notice to info@manticespirits.com and returning the products to the above-mentioned business address. Returned products must be intact, in their original packaging and unused. The cost of return shall be borne by the customer.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Il contratto è regolato dalla legge italiana. Per controversie, il foro competente è quello del luogo di residenza o domicilio del consumatore, se ubicato in Italia.
