The Experience: On the Rocks and Signature Cocktails This artisanal semi-dry vermouth is designed to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed into exceptional recipes. Abracadabra isn't just a vermouth, it promises an eccentric and unconventional drink.
Technical Profile: A unique herbal interpretation based on two native grape varieties: Rebola and Famoso. Designed for those who love invigorating notes, it is delicate, citrusy, and fresh. The distinctive bitterness of Artemisia and medicinal herbs is tempered by a blend of aromatic citrus notes; a harmonious contrast that blends with a bouquet of esters and terpenes from the flower heads of Orange Blossom and Chamomile.

Production method: slow hydroalcoholic maceration in small steel containers of 16 carefully balanced botanicals.
The extract is added to the wine, but not just any wine, we use two native organic white grape varieties from Romagna: Rebola and Famoso, produced by the I Muretti winery located in the Rimini hinterland. One, more acidic and structured, supports the other with a sparkling aroma, which, combined with the botanicals, enhances the freshness and ease of drinking.
